5. No In-Store Purchases

6. Product Quality

All products are supplied with a Janoshik Analytical Certificate of Analysis confirming purity via HPLC. Alluvi Healthcare UK warrants that products meet the specification stated on the COA at the time of dispatch. Products must be stored in accordance with the provided storage guidelines — degradation due to improper storage is not covered.

7. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of research chemicals and cold chain requirements, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. In the event of a quality dispute, contact support@buyalluviretatrutides.co.uk with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and resolve all legitimate quality complaints promptly.
